Is an e-Visa Form Necessary?

All passengers arriving in Kuwai are required to have a valid e-Visa to both enter and exit the country. Without this crucial document, entry into Kuwai will be denied.

The e-Visa is mandatory for all, including both international visitors and local residents. During the application process, it is important to indicate whether you are traveling as a resident or as a non-resident.

What is the e-Visa, and who is required to complete it online?

The e-Visa online form, commonly referred to as the “Electronic Travel Authorization” or Health Declaration, is a required document for everyone traveling to Kuwai. This requirement extends to non-residents, including those from countries that require a visa, who must secure an online travel authorization through this system before they are permitted to board their flight. Additionally, even permanent residents of Kuwai are obligated to complete the health declaration form.

WHAT IS THE ELECTRONIC TICKET?

The e-Visa is a mandatory travel document that tracks the entry and exit flows of tourists, guests and local citizens of the Kuwait. This document will be requested by multiple institutions for entry or exit from the national territory.

E-VISAS REGULATIONS

The processing of an eVisa is mandatory for each passenger to accurately complete the required information for the General Directorate of Immigration, the Ministry of Interior, and the Ministry of Health of Kuwait, in compliance with laws 17-59, 16-95, 21-65, and 18-73.

The eVisa is a document issued by the Kuwaiti government for the regulation of entry and exit from the country.

The form must be filled out by all passengers, whether Kuwaiti or foreign, entering or leaving Kuwait and will be required during the immigration inspection.
